Our Organizational Structure & Expertise
SCL is organized as a dynamic matrix structure. Our organization is divided into two main categories: functions and topics. This means that every SCL member is both part of their topic team and a function team. The work for the topic should take up ca. 80% of the student’s time, and the role within his or her function ca. 20%. This is what our current matrix structure looks like:
Our Topics cover a range of essential areas, including:
- Accounting: Exploring blockchain-based accounting practices and innovations.
- Regulation: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Tokenization: Exploring and implementing blockchain-based solutions for tokenizing shares.
To efficiently manage these topics and the whole project, we have assigned specific Functions to dedicated teams:
Operations: Ensuring smooth and efficient daily processes.
BD/CRM: Focusing on business development and customer relationship management.
Marketing: Disseminating information through various channels and ensuring high-quality content.
